Terms & Conditions

Vendorskart Online Services Private Limited (“Autofy” or “we” or “us”), upon your acceptance of terms and conditions as set out below, provides this warranty to the end-user purchaser (“you” or “your”), that the Autofy product will be free from manufacturing defects and will be fit for normal use/ usage:

  1. This Warranty shall be valid for a Limited Tenure, commencing from the date of your purchase of the product till the “Warranty Period” applicable to the product
  2. Warranty Activation request is eligible for activation/ claim only when applied within 15 days from the date of purchase of the product.
  3. This Warranty is limited to the damage arising to the Product due to manufacturing defects during the Warranty Period and does not apply if/ on:
    • Damages are caused resulting from unauthorized adaptations or adjustments to the product.
    • Damages are caused due to improper installation by the customer and/or connection of the product to equipment not approved by Autofy and deficiency in product performance due to third-party power source / like items
    • Damages are caused due to accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Autofy’s control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
    • Damages are caused due to normal wear and tear to the product if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications.
    • Any external/ spare accessories supplied with the product (such as switches, metal clamps, installation items etc.)
    • For Laptop backpacks, hiking bags or any other bag under Autofy brand, Warranty is limited ONLY to manufacturing defects which covers issues related to craftsmanship. It does not cover physical damage, zipper malfunctions or damage, plastic components damage. Issues related to stitching ONLY will be covered under warranty.
  4. Under any circumstances, Autofy’s decision will be final with respect to activation of warranty, nature of defect and applicability of Warranty
  5. Autofy may charge a non-refundable service fee to repair & ship back the product to the customer’s address in case of products with warranty. Service Request Number (SRN) generation for claiming warranty service can be done 3 times only within the warranty period applicable to the product.
  6. The warranty period mentioned with the product is non-extendable & will not be extended despite the product gets repaired/ replaced during the warranty period.
  7. The Warranty will be Void if the type or serial no. on the warranty card has been altered, removed or defaced. In the case of product return, the Warranty against warranty code received will become void and no claim will be offered for the same.
  8. This Warranty shall be governed by laws of India and all claims arising from this Warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
  9. Autofy reserves the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in the availability of services, Products and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice. Autofy shall not, under any circumstance, whether as a result of a breach of contract or warranty, tort or otherwise, be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenues or any other costs or damages. This Warranty shall not in any manner extend to personal injury and/ or death caused by the user’s own negligence or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the remedies in this Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies and Autofy’s total liability, arising out of, relating to or arising out of your purchase or use of Product or damage thereto, regardless of the type or cause of such damage or the characterization of the claim asserted (whether in contract or tort), shall not under any circumstances exceed the Product’s purchase price as on the invoice. This Warranty does not cover minor imperfections in the Product that broadly meet design specifications or imperfections that do not materially alter the Product’s functionality. You are required to satisfy yourself regarding the suitability of the Product before making any purchase. Autofy does not make any representation or warranty as to the suitability of the Product for any particular use.
  10. While we assure you that the Products are of high-quality which have gone through a detailed quality testing protocols, however, if you do discover any manufacturing defect in the Product during the Warranty Period, please contact our customer care at the details provided below, with the invoice and Product details, who will assist you with the warranty claim process.


  1. Scan the QR code on the Warranty Card or visit https://warranty.autofystore.com/ – to be done within 15 days of the invoice date
  2. Enter the Serial Number and fill the mandatory form details
  3. Upload Mobile Camera Clicked Invoice Copy and Product Images
  4. Click the Submit Button to submit the form details
  5. An Email will be received upon warranty activation, if the activation request is rejected due to any reason, email will be received with reason and steps to re-request

Claim Warranty

  1. Scan the QR code on the Warranty Card or visit https://warranty.autofystore.com/ – go to Claim Warranty Tab
  2. Enter the serial number to check warranty status – if the warranty cover is valid, click CLAIM WARRANTY Button
  3. Fill the required form and upload product images – A Service Request Number (SRN) is generated when the warranty claim request is accepted and Shipping Label is created
  4. Paste a copy of Shipping Label at the front of the box – Pack the LED Lights along with Original Invoice and ship to Autofy Service Center
  5. Check the status of Repair on https://warranty.autofystore.com/ by entering your serial number.
  6. If the product is received and currently being repaired the status flag will be WIP. The status will be marked COMPLETED once the product is repaired and shipped back to you. The tracking details will also be uploaded against your serial number so that you can track the courier
