Autofy Creator Reward Program

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Autofy Creator Reward Program and submitting content for a reward, the Creator agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  1. The Creator must submit original content featuring or meaningfully related to an Autofy product.
  2. The submitted content must be publicly available on the eligible social media platform at the time of verification.
  3. The Creator must provide accurate information and a valid link to the published content.
  4. Autofy reserves the right to review and verify the submitted content before approving any reward.

2. Reward Eligibility

  1. Rewards are based on the performance of the submitted content as verified by Autofy.
  2. The applicable reward is determined by the milestone or reward category communicated to the Creator at the time of approval.
  3. Each submitted video is eligible for a reward only once.
  4. Once a reward has been approved and paid for a particular video, no additional reward will be payable for any further increase in views, likes, shares, comments, reach, or engagement on that same video.

3. Final Reward Settlement

  1. Once the Creator reaches the applicable qualifying milestone and Autofy verifies the submission, the corresponding reward will be considered fully settled.
  2. For example, if a video qualifies for a reward at 10,000 views and Autofy pays the Creator the applicable reward, the Creator will not be eligible for another reward if the same video later reaches 50,000, 100,000, 1,00,000 or more views.
  3. Any subsequent growth in the performance of the same video will not create a new or additional reward claim.
  4. A Creator cannot claim multiple rewards for the same video by submitting it again after it reaches a higher view milestone.

4. View Verification

  1. Only genuine and publicly visible views will be considered for reward eligibility.
  2. Autofy may verify the view count using the social media platform, screenshots, analytics, links, or any other reasonable verification method.
  3. Views generated through bots, purchased traffic, automated systems, engagement-exchange services, fake accounts, or other artificial methods will not qualify
  4. Autofy may reject or cancel a reward if the submitted engagement appears manipulated or fraudulent.

5. One Video, One Reward

Each individual video/post can receive only one reward under the Autofy Creator Reward Program.

Changing the caption, reposting substantially the same video, editing the video, or submitting the same content again does not create a new reward opportunity.

If the Creator creates a genuinely new and substantially different piece of content, that content may be submitted separately, subject to the applicable program rules.

6. Reward Approval

Submission of a video does not guarantee a reward.

Autofy reserves the right to approve or reject content based on:

  • Content quality
  • Relevance to Autofy
  • Originality
  • Compliance with the campaign requirements
  • Authenticity of views and engagement
  • Compliance with applicable social media platform rules
  • Any other reasonable program criteria

The final decision regarding reward eligibility and verification rests with Autofy.

7. Content Requirements

Submitted content must:

  • Be original and created by the Creator.
  • Clearly feature or relate to the relevant Autofy product.
  • Comply with applicable laws and social media platform policies.
  • Not contain misleading, false, offensive, unlawful, or infringing material.
  • Not use copyrighted material without appropriate rights or permission.

8. Multiple Videos

A Creator may submit multiple eligible videos, provided that each video is independently created and meets the program requirements.

However, each individual video can receive only one reward, regardless of how many view milestones it subsequently reaches.

9. Reward Modification or Cancellation

Autofy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Reward Program at any time.

Autofy may also withhold, cancel, or recover a reward where there is evidence of:

  • Fake or artificially generated engagement
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation of views or performance
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Violation of applicable platform policies

10. No Automatic Future Rewards

Participation in the Autofy Creator Reward Program does not create any entitlement to future rewards, payments, collaborations, sponsorships, free products, or other benefits unless separately confirmed by Autofy.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content for consideration under the Autofy Creator Reward Program, the Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Important: The reward associated with a submitted video is a one-time reward only. Once that reward has been approved and paid, the video is considered fully settled and will not qualify for any additional reward based on subsequent views or engagement.
