RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return is a scheme provided by Autofy to the customers in case of certain cases only which are carefully invested Autofy Customer Support Team.  All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returnspolicy. Kindly check the return policy before making any purchase on the product detail page. Standard return time period for returnable products is 7 days which may extend depending on the product type and category. The standard time period may change without further notice, hence please check the return policy periodically.

You may request for a refund / replacement within 7 days of delivery but  Items must be complete (including freebies), free from damages and for items returned for being different from what you ordered, they must be damage free, unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions by our field executives and they may also refuse to pickup if the below conditions are not met:

Correct Product

Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, wires, connectors, set items) freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).If the product is used only after installation, please check if first without the installation process through mock connections

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

All the returns requests will be checked and verified by Autofy Customer Support team before processing following which the refund amount will be credited into customer’s bank account from which payment was made in case of prepaid orders and in the customer provided bank details in case of cash on delivery (COD) orders withing 10-14 working days.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received.
